I TookMyBabyOn A SaturdayBangBecause the world is round it turns me on
You think you've seen it all, and i know and i know and i know
she loves you yeah yeah yeah
Crying, waiting, hoping you'll come back
You think that people would have had enough of silly love songs
All i wanna say is they don't really care about us
Hey! i've had other guys
Look over yonder, what do you see?
What i see is all i've seen in my sweetest sleeping dreams
It's the little old lady from Pasadena
Good Day, Sunshine
What can i do? pictures of you still make me cry.
Baby, baby don't leave me
All in pieces, bits and pieces
Baby, everything is alright, uptight, outasight
There's a world where i can go
Where you can find pleasure
Ever since I met you seems I can't forget you
I only wrote this song for you
There's talk on the street
We built this city on rock and roll
I never thought I'd cut a record by myself
Where do i begin?
Who are you?
You are the promised kiss of springtime.
whoa, oh mercy, mercy me
Boogie Fever, got to boogie down
Not feeling broken hearted, feeling just like when it started
I can't fight this feeling any longer
You come on like a dream.
She's got the look, she's fine
Hey life, look at me!
You are from 2000 years ago,
There's a man who leads a life of danger.
I Was There, In the Back StageHe Remembers The First Time He Met Her
She was black as the night, Louie was whiter than white
Love me warm and tender dear, love me warm like the glow of the morning sun
Shock to the heart, and it's too late
Them that's got shall get, Them that's not shall lose
Come back when you grow up girl
once i had a love and it was a gas
creme tangerine and montelimar
It is the night, my body's weak
you never wear a stitch of lace
you better, you better, you bet
No I won't be saved.
Can anybody find me somebody to love?
ooh my little pretty one, pretty one, when you gonna give me some time sharona?
well we got no choice, all the girls and
Look What You're DoingWhere do you buy your shoes?
it's been 14 days since i dont know when
Everybody wants you
Take the last train to Clarksville and i'll meet you at the station.
People say i'm the life of the party
As he came into the window
Cum on feel the noise
Ah, I don't hardly know her, but i think i can love her.
Can't seem to turn aside
It's late at night and we're all alone
One million light years ago
Penny Lover, don't walk on by
If life here with me is like a zoo
Love, look at the two of us
Don't give up on us baby
There's a steam beat, and it's coming after you
When i saw you standing there
You send cold chills runnin' down my spine
You're Gonna Lose That GirlOh, well i'm the type of guy that will never settle down
It's been a long long long time
Maybe you and i can't do great things,
Everybody's doing a brand new dance now
Every breath you take, every move you make
Your beauty took my breath away, i'm in awe all day
Friday night it was late and i was walking you home
There were bells on a hill, but i never heard them ringing.
I watch the snowflakes fall against my windowpane
oh louie louie, oh no we gotta go.
When i watched you walk with him tears filled my eyes.
A goddess on a mountaintop was burning like a silver flame
Well since you've put me down, i've been out doin' in my head
Try to See It My WayI got my clipboard, textbooks, lead me to the station
Let's take a walk together near the ocean's shore
Bein' alone at night makes me sad, girl
The nights are getting longer, the days are getting warmer and so are you.
We've been round for oh so long
Flew in from Miami Beach BOAC, didn't get to bed last night
Fools on parade cavort and carry on
Why don't you believe me when i say that i love you?
We'll sing in the sunshine, we'll laugh every day
Kelsey, won't you come out to play?
ooh yeah, yeah, yeah, you're making me laugh
Remembering the warm summer nights
That day i first saw you passing by I wanted to know your name
glass in the tidegradac, croatia; summer.
it is a town climbed up from the sea:
a salt hymn, an exhalation, a brightly calcified
spray. the houses here are overgrown
as wildflowers, paths like tiny winding veins
sprung alive between them. from my balcony i watch
the sun crest slowly into afternoon,
and mothers lead their children
down stone slopes, arterial pull
to the water. by the shore,
vendors sell bottles of olive oil, salt,
sage, gathering up anything with the taste
of what mystery inhabits the air—brimming over
the glass lips, a curving kind of joy,
the whole earth, a bowl of it.
at night, my uncle drinks beer
and i drink wine. he watches
